Goel Institute of Pharmacy and Sciences

Goel Institute of Pharmacy & Sciences (GIPS) was established in the year 2008 with four-year Bachelors? program in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, approved by the AICTE, and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi, under the aegis of the Sri Roop Chand Ramji Lal Educational Trust, Lucknow. The institute has started the Master Programme in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) from 2012 in disciplines of Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Analysis The first batch has passed out and most of the students are in jobs in Pharmaceutical Industries viz Research, Quality Control and Marketing with handsome salary. Few students are in higher studies too. The Institute, under the able stewardship of the great creative thinker and untiring activist Er. Mahesh Agrawal, (Managing Director), and with the administrative support and patronage from Mr. Ashok Agrawal, (Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Institute), has now grown into one of the most sought after institutions in the country. Apart from academic curriculum, our policy has been to provide value based education and to expose the hidden potential in the students. Students have free access to the computer facilities and are provided with LCD projector in the class room for their seminar presentation. Our aim is not to make the students mere job-seekers but to make them the architects of their future.
