Dr Palpu Memorial SNDP Yogam College of Education

This College of Education named after Dr. Palpu, a great social reformer of Kerala was established in 1995, under the Corporate Management of SNDP Yogam Colleges, Kollam. This college imparts instruction for the M.Ed. Degree course and B.Ed. Degree course with optional subjects English, Malayalam, Mathematics, Natural Science, Physical Science and Social Science. The total in- take of students for the M.Ed course is 50 [ 1 Unit ] and for the BEd degree course is 50 [ 1 Unit ]. This college is affiliated to the University of Calicut and is Recognised by National Council for Teacher Education. The college is situated in a calm and serene atmosphere, two kilometers south east of KodungaIIurTown. From the inception onwards the college strives to become a source of inspiration and enlightenment to the teacher education students.
