Devaki Amma Memorial Teacher Education College

Devaki Amma Memorial Teacher Education College, Chelembra is one of the pioneering Self-Financing Teacher Education Colleges in Kerala. The College started functioning in 2001 by offering the B.Ed Course with specialization in subjects like Malayalam, English, Social Science, and Natural Science. The TTC programme started in 2005, and the M.Ed Course was sanctioned to the College, in 2006 considering its merit, by NCTE and the Government of Kerala. Over the years, Devaki Amma Memorial Teacher Education College has come to be regarded as the epitome of quality in Teacher education.
