T.S.P.Mandali?s NewArtsCollege, was established in the year 1984. In 1997 it was renamed as C.M.ManaguliArtsCollege to commemorate the name of the donor. It started with just eighty students and two part-time lecturers. At present the college comprises twenty permanent faculty, Guest Lecturers including Ph.D and M.Phil degree holders. Two professors avail the benefit of Guide ship, twenty one office staff. The academic ambience of the institution is attracting students for UG courses.
