Cherraans College of Physiotherapy

The Cheran institute of health sciences was started in the year 1992 by industrialist Mr.K.C. Palanisamy B.E., (Agri) Ex. MLA., Ex. M.P., Founder and Chairman, Cheran Foundation trust, to impart education of high standards to students. Cherraan?s college ofNursing was started in the year 1992. Later Cherraan?s College of Physiotherapy and Cherraan?s college of Pharmacy was started in the year 1994. Master of Pharmacy, Master of Physiotherapy and Master of Nursing program was later started in the year 2007. Our college is one among the leading institutes in Tamilnadu offering both UG and PG courses affiliated to The Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai and recognized by Pharmacy council of India, AICTE, Indian Nursing council, Tamilnadu Nursing council and Indian Association of Physiotherapists. Our college has attached to premier hospitals in and around Coimbatore for providing clinical training to the students. The institute has its own well equipped laboratories, library, teaching aids and expertise faculty members. The institute also runs its own outpatient Physiotherapy clinic which treats around twenty patients per day.
