The Central India College of Law has been granted an approval of affiliation by Bar Council of India, New Delhi for imparting LL.B. (3 yrs) as well as B.A.LL.B. (5 yrs.) course from the academic session 2006-07 onwards. The College is also affiliated to RTM, Nagpur University for the said courses. The College has also been granted permission from RTM Nagpur University to conduct LL.M Courses from the academic session 2012-13 with specializations in Business Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Laws and Constitutional Law & Administrative Law. The Central India College of Law has become a benchmark and cornerstone for providing the best legal studies in Central India where the most modern teaching techniques are used for imparting knowledge, theoretical as well as practical. The College has not only been created to make its students legal experts through quality teaching of law but also make them humane enough to imbibe social and moral values and relentlessly fight for the rights of the downtrodden and under privileged sections of the society.
