Burdwan Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital

The College was established on 14th June, 1978. Initially it started with the then prevailing D.M.S. course under Council of Homoeopathic Medicine, W.B. and since 1983 as per the directive of Central Council of Homoeopathy it started unified diploma course D.H.M.S. In the year 1992 Central Council of Homoeopathy decided to upgrade all the Homoeopathic Institutions in the country from diploma to Degree level and after getting due affiliations and permissions from concerned authorities our college started degree course, i.e. B.H.M.S. in the year 1995. BHMC&H is a modern and progressive institute of homoeopathic learning having all the necessary educational tools. The college premises stretch over a vast land of 7.13 acres. The college has well equipped laboratories, museums, demonstration hall, dissection hall, lecture theatre with modern and highly sophisticated equipments.
