Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Institute of Home Science for Women

During the year 1973 Bhagawan Shri Satya Sai Baba blessed the members of Shri Satya Sai Seva Samiti, Dharwad, (to mention few ? Padmashree Dr.R.B.Patil ? a wellknown Physician, Hubballi, Dr. A.S. Adike, former Vice Chancellor of Karnataka University, Dharwad, Dr. V.K. Naregal, Physician and others) to start an educational institution for women at Dharwad. HIS desire was that ?Education should be rendered for bringing the best out of body, mind and spirit of every individual? and HE also guided the philosophy, principles and ideals of education with which the Bhagawan Shri Satya Sai Education Society should progress and prosper.
