Bearys First Grade College

The Bearys First Grade College was established in the year 2005 and is located in the Knowledge Campus of the Bearys Group of Institutions at Kodi, Kundapura. The college is affiliated to Mangalore University and is managed by Haji K Mohidin Beary Education Trust. It offers under-graduate degree education in Arts, Commerce and Management. The aim of the college is not just to prepare the students for jobs but to help them perceive their own abilities so that they can create promising future for themselves. The student-participatory teaching- learning process practiced by the teachers helps the students gain confidence and overcome their inhibitions. The inter-active sessions in the classes allow the students to open up. The interactions with professionals and leading entrepreneurs and the lectures by academicians which are often organized in the college, expose the students to the real world situations. The institution is genuinely interested in the all round development of the students. Personality development, promotion of interest in art and culture, facilitating working with community and creating environmental awareness among the students are some of the other concerns attended by the college.
