AWH Engineering College

AWH Engineering College (AEC), established in 2001, is a self financing engineering college managed by Association for Welfare of Handicapped (AWH), Kozhikode, Kerala. It is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). AWH Engineering College is a co-educational institution established with the sole purpose of honoring engineers of excellent qualities. The AEC is dedicated to helping students to learn and develop their skills and iotential. Our faculty is committed to quality teaching and enhanced learning for students, preparing them for subsequent careers in professions and public services. The college is located in a serene sprawling and evergreen campus spread over an area of 28 acres near Kuttikattoor. It is 26 kms away from Calicut International Airport, Karipur, 12 kms from Kozhikode Corporation bus station and 13 kms from Kozhikode railway station. The historical city of Kozhikode is the hub for several educational institutions, including many prestigious engineering colleges, medical colleges, polytechnics, arts and science colleges, Indian Institute of Management (IIMK), National Institute of Technology (NITC) etc. Calicut is a beautiful coastal city known as the clean city of Kerala, the God?s own Country. AEC offers at present 4 year B.Tech in five branches (Electronics & communication Engg, Computer Science & Engg, Civil Engg, Mechanical Engg, Electrical Engg) , four M.Tech Courses ( Structural Engineering , VLSI Design, Computer Science & Engg, Power Electronics) and 3 year MCA programe.
