ANDTTC stands today at out sicurts of Ajmer, in the western part of India and center part of the Rajasthan-the culmination of the vision of one man to bring higher education facilities to the people of this area. About 20 Km. radius there was no college for teacher education. The academically inclined would have to travel to Ajmer city. This was a difficult proposition-physically and financially-for many.
