Arutperunchothi Ramalingasammy College of Education

ARCE is a unit of Arutperunchothi Ramalingasammy Trust, located in an area where mostly populated by B.C. M.B.C and S.C people. It is 11kms away from the Pondicherry town and is in between Pondicherry and Cuddalore ECR (East Coast Road) i.e. opposite to south gate Aravind Eye Hospital. Pondicherry is rich in culture and heritage. Every body knows that Pondicherry has become a city of Education and the cost of living is also less when comparing with other cities. We know that the Student?s population is high in rural and remote villages but no proper guidance and counseling has been given or arranged to them.
