Teaching and learning process in the institute caters to diverse academic needs of the students. The principal and faculties regularly attend seminars, workshops and conferences to update their knowledge. Almost 90% faculties have adopted such training by attending and presenting their research papers. Out of 27 faculties 25.93% hold Ph. D., 3.70% hold M. Phil. Degrees and 7.41% faculties have passed NET/SLET exams. We frequently use LCD, Computers and OHP to keep pace with the need of the modern time. The N.S.S., C.W.D.C. and Students? Union of institute are actively engaged in various extension activities and community outreach programmes. Various 19 committees are formed by the steering committee to promote and look after all the academic, curricular and co-curricular activities of the institution. Most of the departments run their own study circle for academic upliftment of the students
