Amiruddaula Islamia Degree College

Amiruddaula Islamia Degree College is one of the most esteemed educational institutions with high values of teaching and learning. This self-financing institution was formerly started as an Arabic Madrasa way back in 1894 and gradually transformed into a High School in 1916. Later, it was converted into an intermediate college in the year 1942 to nurture the inherent talent of the students. In the academic year 1991-92, it gained the status of a degree college and started offering BA degrees. In 1993-94 and 1996-9, B Com and B Sc courses were introduced in the college. Located in the Lucknow, one of the most ancient cities of Uttar Pradesh, Amiruddaula Islamia Degree College is affiliated to Lucknow University. Well equipped with highly experienced faculties and state-of-the-art infrastructure, the college offers undergraduate courses in Arts, Science and Commerce disciplines.
