All Saints' College is founded by Rev. Mother Mary Loiuse, CCR with the approbation of the Rt. Rev. Dr. V.V. Dereere, OCD, Bishop of Trivandrum. The College begins functioning in the Holy Angels' premises on 6 July 1964 with Miss Margaret P. Paulose as Principal and 277 students in the First Year Pre-Degree class. On 15 May 1965 His Excellency the Most Rev. James R. Knox, Apostolic Internuncio to India lays the foundation stone of the first block of the College at Chackai, the permanent campus.The College is shifted to the new campus at Chackai on 10 January 1967. It is upgraded on 24 July 1980 with the introduction of Degree Courses in English, History, Economics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Zoology.
