Adarsh College of Arts and Commerce

As a part of an expansion plan of Adarsh Vidya Prasarak Sanstha, the college was established in July 1995 with the objective of facilitating Quality Higher Education to the students in and around Badlapur. The College imparts Education in Arts and Commerce Faculty and offers self-financing professional courses like BBI, BMS & BAF. The vertical expansion in terms of Post Graduate and Research Program has come into effect in the form of P. G. courses in M. Com, (Management), M. Com. (Financial Accountancy), M. Com. (Banking & Finance), M. A. in Marathi, History and Economics. The college has been recognized as the ?Centre of Research? for pursuing Ph.D. in Business Economics. The college is Permanently Affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognized under 2(f) and 12 B of UGC Act 1956. The college is also accredited by NAAC with CGPA 2.78 and B Grade in September 2011. Adarsh College is situated in a prime locality near the Badlapur railway station on 16 acres of the land. The College has huge campus with lush green surrounding. The College administration has renovated college building and upgraded its infrastructure to further enhance quality of our services. It has a plan of extension of its building with addition of two wings separately for administration, library and other support services.
