Abasaheb Parvekar Mahavidylaya Yavatmal founded in the year 1983 is one of the pioneer educational institutes in the rural and tribal region in Vidarbha (State of Maharastra.) It has almost 29 years of contribution to the development of quality education at Yavatmal. ( Maharashtra). Abasaheb Parvekar Mahavidylaya Yavatmal was started by Abasaheb Parvekar Vidyamandir Yavatmal in 1983 to commemorate the memory of Late Abasaheb Parvekar an educationist of great foresight and minister of Energy for Mahararastra . Abasaheb Parvekar college is a standing symbol of the spread of learning Culture through the modern medium of management education. The aim and the purpose of the College is to create a brand of new-generation students who will be marked by an uncommon degree of competence and Commitment . Value driven management is the need of the hour in the context of contemporary times. The College lays stress on fulfilling that need. Abasaheb Parvekar Mahavidylaya Yavatmal is affiliated to the Sant Gadge Baba University, Amravati. It conducts B.A , B.Com. and Certificate and diploma programmes in Hotel management Communication Skill in English, E-commerce, Library and office Automation approved by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University,Amravati and Government of Maharashtra .Our college runs B.Lib, and M.Com. course approved by Yashvantrao Chavan Maharashtra open University.Nashik. It provides facilities which have varied and diverse facets. Besides imparting instructions in time-honoured subjects, it inculcates into its students a craving for research. The college has well-equipped computer lab with latest & licensed software with sufficient UPS backup. Library of the College possesses more than 1500 books along with 42 periodicals & journals. College has qualified, dedicated faculty , experienced & visiting Faculty which apart from being experts in their own fields, understands the needs of the student. Our students have consistently appeared in the university merit list.
