The inauguration of the college was conducted at Thirumanilaiyur Campus, Karur on the same date and continued to run the course till 2008 in that campus. Shifting to New Campus In the meanwhile, the Thirumathi Aasee Palaniappan Educational & charitable Trust has constructed its own RCC (roofed) Building complying with the Norms & standards of NCTE at 305/1 pavithram campus. Hence the Trust requested NCTE to permit the shifting of the institution to the New Campus on 09.09.2008. As such after an inspection of the campus, the NCTE accorded permission for shifting the institution on 22.07.2010. Transition to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University: In the same way, since a New University namely Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University was established by an Act of Tamil Nadu Government on 01.07.2008 our college was brought under the New University. It issued an affiliation order on 15.10.2008. Our college had obtained continuation of Recognition from NCTE on 31.08.2010.This year 2014 ? 2015 is the 10th year for our college. Nine years of service to the society is rendered.
