Vignan's Institute of Technology & Aeronautical Engineering(VITAE) was established in 2008 by "LAVU" education society - registered. The institute started primarily as an undergraduate college offering coursework towards B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree. In 2009, the institute started offering coursework towards M.Tech (Master of Technology) degree, MBA and MCA.. VITAE attempts to integrate classroom learning with industrial exposure to ensure the application of knowledge during the course of study itself. VITAE focuses on high quality education and research in the fields of Science, Technology and Engineering. The objective is to prepare young students to act as leaders for the promotion of the economic and industrial growth of the country and to play a creative role in society. The four-year course is so structured that it leads to a linear growth and progressive insight into the engineering subjects as well as training in soft skills.
