St Joseph's College of Education

Named after St.Joseph, its patron saint, the College was founded in 1971, by the late Bishop of Mysore; the Most Rev.Dr.Mathias Fernandes. Coupled with the visionary zeal of the founder, and the dynamism of the founder Secretary, Rev Fr. Dennis Noronha, the college was established on the firm foundation of the motto of ' Love, Loyalty and Service?. The college is a Roman Catholic Institution, and enjoys the status of a religious minority.
