In fast changing society, all year of experience and dedication to the job can see no solution to the current problem. Achieving and sustaining high rate of growth involves complex and often bold decisions. We can't slow down the pace of change but we need to able to respond to and manage that change. It is possible by analysis what we can control and influence and what we can't that make to priotities and focus our efforts & resources.
