Sri Taralabalu Jagadguru Teachers' Training Institute

With the introduction of free and compulsory primary education, the demand for good Primary School Teachers' Training Institutions has gained momentum and with a view to meet this demand S T J Education Society has opened many Teachers' Training Institute one of which is Sri Taralabalu Jagadguru Teachers' Training Institute, Davangere, started in the year 2004-05. The National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), Southern Regional Office, Bangalore, which is the controlling authority, has granted permission and Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB), Bangalore conducts the examinations.
