Teachers' Training College, Motinagar, Bara Telpa, Chapra (Saran) Bihar is a Co-educational College of Teachers' Training run and managed by Sri Moti SinghMemorial Society, ChapPowered by Stribon Technologyra,duly recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), a statutory body of the Govt. of India, under Jai Prakash University, Chapra. It is located on Patna-Chapra main road (N.H.-19), very much in Chapra Town, Near Bhikhari Thakur Chowk, from where city begins west ward. It has its own magnificient Building equipped with all necessary infrastructure in accordance with the standards and norms of NCTE.
