Nashik District Maratha Vidhya Prasarak Samaj is a 100 years old renowned Educational Institute in the State of Maharashtra established in 1914. It is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act and Manages 352 Educational Institutions and is one of the premier educational institutions in the jurisdiction of University of Pune. At present the total strength of the students in the 352 branches are more than 1,90,000. Inspired by the life and work of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule and Rajarshi Shahu Chhatrapati of Kolhapur, the young and devoted team of social workers and educationist Karmaveer Raosaheb Thorat, Bhausaheb Hirey, Ganapatrao More, Kirtiwanrao Nimbalkar, D.
